1. The Plan
Our first step is to layout a complete description and wish list of what
will be done. All goals, visual ideas and functions of the project
will be discussed. As early as possible a site map or job outline
will be developed in order to determine the appropriate navigation
structure and any necessary media requirements.
2.
Concept Phase
After the outline is established; our designers gather any media items
such as photos, logos and graphics and will create a set of conceptual
designs. These will show a number of different approaches to the design
and navigation of the web site. These are presented first as static images
in order to provide visual impact before any working HTML pages are completed.
3.
Production
Once a creative direction has been determined, we then create an actual
working model. The core interface will be formatted and the site will
start to show proper interactivity. The navigation will take shape and
any interactive features will be finalized and implemented. Templates
will be finalized for the data driven sections and the site will be put
onto a working server for review.
4.
Formatting
All information outside of dynamic data driven pages will be added at
this time, including: Contact forms, static content and images.
5.
Database development & programming
If your site requires a dynamic database we would apply any backend programming
and administrative features to your new site design.
6.
Testing
Before your site goes live, our team of developers will test all aspects
of your site to ensure proper functionality and navigation.
7.
The Launch
After the working model is revised and approved, we launch the final
site.
8.
Marketing
Once the site has launched we can then prepare all pages, content, keywords and
meta tags for search engines. Registration is done on all major search engines
and evaluated after 30 days using targeting software. Positioning can then be
adjusted as required. |
